These terms govern your use of the FengshuiSnap iOS application and the fengshuisnap.com website, operated by Shanghai Zhicheng Yuanjian Information Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What FengshuiSnap is (and isn't)
FengshuiSnap generates AI interpretations of your room photos based on traditional feng shui concepts. It is provided for lifestyle inspiration and entertainment purposes only. Reports are not professional, medical, psychological, financial, legal or architectural advice, and no outcome is promised or implied. Always use your own judgment before making changes to your home or decisions in your life.
2. Energy points and purchases
- Analyses consume energy points. New users receive a free starting balance.
- Additional energy packs and an optional auto-renewing monthly membership are available as in-app purchases, billed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings.
- Energy points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed at the rates shown in the app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to access it. You must own or have the right to analyze the photos you submit.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design, branding and generated report formats belong to us or our licensors. Your photos remain yours; you grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the analysis you request.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
6. Changes and termination
We may update features, pricing of future purchases, or these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend service for abuse.
